Can someone explain why they want his ID so bad? If they got it what would happen? I understand that they ask for it, but why are they so desperate to get it. If I was a cop and I had to write a report I could just put that I made contact with a guy that didn’t provide his ID. I’m so confused.

I think living on Long Island and upstate Sullivan Delaware county ny we get spoiled because in those 4 counties I’m not talking about all of New York but those 4 places the policing is excellent for the most part Especially compared to some of the things you see out in California
