Until recently, I had wondered whether anyone in Florida has a longer rap sheet than the rapper 9lokkNine, whose FDLE criminal history report runs a solid 43 pages. Today, I can answer that with an unequivocal “yes.†Clocking in at an impressive 65 pages, Wideneck aka Neck Guy aka Charles Dion McDowell has a rap sheet that can eat 9lokkNine’s for breakfast. I’m just glad that FDLE doesn’t charge per page.
Neck Guy has had a few more interactions with the police than most. Some of those interactions were captured on video. Of those, I have them all. And soon, you will too.

Welcome to the joys of YouTube:
1. According to YouTube, our video covering the arrest of rapper "Offset" is demonetized because Offset says the word "nigga."
2. The recent video in which Arkansas State Police find 14 pounds of meth on a traffic stop? It's monetized. An all-but-identical version of the same video, uploaded a few hours earlier? It's not. The only difference between the two videos is that the audio levels are better in the second. Both were manually reviewed. One is monetized. The other is demonetized, despite there being no substantive difference between the two.
3. "Traffic stop turns up $6 million of fentanyl" –> monetized. "Traffic stop turns up 4 kilos of cocaine" –> demonetized. When I asked YouTube to explain the difference between the two from a monetization perspective, they didn't have an answer.
Almost forgot to mention: the demonetized cocaine bust video had been manually reviewed by YouTube and was approved for monetization. Until one day I noticed that it wasn't, along with the fentanyl bust video. I contacted YouTube about both, and YouTube re-reviewed both, ultimately deciding — for reasons beyond me — that one could be monetized and the other not. Both videos published original reporting on massive drug busts that had never been covered by any other media outlet, anywhere. YouTube specifically states that "Reports on the purchase, fabrication, or distribution of drugs, such a story about a drug bust" are monetizable. Apparently not.
4. The Vitaly arrest video is demonetized due to "graphic violence." Along with approximately 300 other videos. Some of them make sense. Others… 🤦â€â™‚ï¸
