5. If I am that bartender, I would have went directly to a lawyer's office, told them what was happening, and sued that place for every last penny I could. You don't even need money to hire a lawyer, you give them a percentage of whatever the court awards you. There is no way this is legal.

   I'm not convinced this was a random robbery.

   No company, besides this one, would have an employee sign such a document. Being in business is a risk. These companies are insured for these type of events.

   I would qut if a company tried to get me to sign something like that.
