CLEVELAND, OH – Police in Cleveland are searching for a missing and endangered man believed to be suicidal.
John Hall is known to drive a white Chrysler 300 with tinted windows and the license plate: HCV4401.
Hall reportedly has a history of suicidal attempts and threatened to “drive off a bridge.â€

We had few other details until and searched as many waterways, along with bridges in the Cleveland area with no success.
A Ford Expedition was found under a bridge, but no other vehicles at this time.

3400 e 146th st. did you even look at google maps? ponds and retentions everywhere. I'm beginning to thing a bit of these "episodes" are staged. I know what you do to make lives better, but is it not an act for half the channel vids?
Be glad you are there now and not back when the Cuyahoga River was a fire hazard. There was a time when it caught fire and burned down bridges and burned up vessels.
Check further east where the Cuyahoga River empties into lake Erie in the area known as the Flats? There are many areas there that you can drive off into the river. Also look around the Village of Bratendahl just east of Dead Man's Curve by Cleveland Power Company. Just a gut feeling. Be safe out there.
