Deputy Chad Whiston was on an accident scene on October 17th in the early morning in Torrance County New Mexico. The light was still poor at that time, and Chad was walking around in the road in all black as cars were driving past. He intentionally walked towards one car to smash it’s side view mirror out, and then did it again a minute later. Only one of the victims has come forward, so if you are the other victim or you know the other victim please speak up so that we can get Chad to pay for the damages. Im actually in shock. Not at what occured but at what didnt occur. Most cops that behave this way would take this opportunity to open fire for officer safety. Painting the false narrative after the fact that the motorist had to be exterminated because they assaulted an officer…. He is bold enough, but still new maybe? Hasnt graduated to or still too uncertain to take an innocent life? Maybe there just wasnt enough backup to corroborate his lies and this was all he felt comfortable getting away with? "Youre free to go." Yes officer you are free to go. Take your own life anytime and do us that public service a final act of true peacekeeping.
