Corporate day jobs – at least Fortune 500 ones – typically have annual code of conduct training (attestation), information security training (attestation) AND… conflict of interest training (attestation/verification). These are ANNUAL. Every year employees have to disclose. At the end of the day, you have to be careful and especially cognizant to never intermingle the two.
