@CopsConsTV obtained body worn camera footage of a Florida man trying to use a badge to get a law enforcement discount at Wendy’s. The employees said David Stover was arguing with the staff and requested the police to come out.
Bunnell Police came to the scene and found enough probable cause to arrest Stover on police impersonation charges.

A good lawyer could have gotten this reduced or thrown out IF he had kept his mouth shut, said nothing, and asked for a lawyer. He’s probably on his own now.
