DWI Suspect Released Because Police Chief Not Deputized – Everything Law and Order Blog

@CopsConsTV obtained dash and body camera footage from Loving Police Department and Eddy County Sheriff office of an incident that happened on August 26th, 2021.

Loving Police Chief Frank Methola noticed suspect Cody Hill speeding past him and weaving in and out of traffic. Methola pulled him over and Hill argued the legitimacy of the stop. Eddy County Sheriff deputies separated the parties. The Sheriff office found that Hill was under the influence and was driving erratically via viewing the dash cam footage.

Hill was let go because Methola was not cross commissioned by Eddy County Sheriff Mark Cage. The Fifth Judicial District launched it’s own investigation and charged Methola with impersonating a police officer.

  1. LOL @ 11:00, cop says he's going to explain life to the guy and the pause afterwards is comedy gold. It's like he realized it that moment he has no idea what the fuck life is about other than his rules you need to follow. What a douche.

  2. What is your brothers name, what is your brothers name, hey what is your brothers name, wtf 👉👮short time memory PIG.

  3. Why was the cop not "detained" and put in hand cuffs? The cop tased him and out of his jurisdiction. If the sherrif's department was being fair they should have hand cuffed both parties.

  4. So glad the police chief got into trouble. Just because he has a badge from another jurisdiction does not give him the right to wave it anywhere else. Impersonating a cop!

  5. This title is compl wrong. This Drunk 🥴 ahole should be arrested. He is drunk and he rand from a cop. Yes there in the county no long in the city but I can see the sheriff not arresting this stuck causing an internal investigation for not taking this drunk punk to jail. A sworn police officer stopped

  6. There is no charge for operating outside of your Jurisdiction so they charged him with impersonating a police officer, even though he is a police officer.

  7. Obviously that good old boys family had some pull… He goes home piss drunk and cop gets charged. Fuck i need to move to new mexico

  8. At first I like the guy but the more he talked the more I wanted him to go to jail for being a f**** unappreciative little bastard

  9. I've been tased five times before is not a good defense. I'm sure his father being who he is and him being an ex-police officer has a little weight in that county

  10. THIS IS THE THING TRULY LOVE THE MEN BUT CANNOT STAND MILITARIZED POLICE GANGS IT JUST BREEDS CORRUPTION. Acts 5:29 KJV:
“Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.”
AMERICA WILL LET ANY MAN RUN ALL OVER THEM AND GO, TO THE POLLS THE NEXT DAY FOR MORE LAWS OF MEN TO BE PUT ON THERE HEAD. HOWEVER CANNOT WAIT UNTIL; MARTIAL LAW AND THEN TOTAL: antichrist takes over so all this nonsense can be over and true, TRUE LIFE BEGINS. FOR HEAVENLY FATHER LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, WITH CHRIST JESUS LORD ALMIGHTY AND REDEEMER. CORRUPTION BREEDS CORRUPTION.

  11. The drunk bloke seems quite respectful but he sure as hell doesn't know how to shut the fuck up when he needs to. Even after all the hints!

  12. So because he doesn't have "jurisdiction" he will jist let you pass him at 12mph over the speed limit, almost hit a car, and find out you are drinking and driving. If I was the other cop I wouldn't have asked if you were ok to drive.
