  1. Nothing unlawul about making those phone calls, and secondly ;
    ….the one's answering those phone calls are paid to do so by our tax dollars.
    …. Nothing else to add your honor.

  2. Thank you so much for that.
    ….I have the exact same situation going on right now.
    …. First of all, I was just redressing grievances also
    …. Second of all, I was never even warned to stop calling.
    ….Then after all of that, I got word from a Prosecutor that he was pursuing harassment charges against me !!!! (WTF ?).
    …..I explained to this Prosecutor the laws, and also asked him what he was assuming he was doing, by pursuing harassment charges against me.
    ….He absolutely refuses to drop the charges against me, and I also have refused his plea deal.
    …I am figuring that he is refusing to drop the false charges against me, because he knows that the trial will be fixed against me (and Prosecutor"s get paid on our convictions).
    …..I am getting ready to embarrass him in the Courtroom regardless.

  3. I've called PDs numerous times until they won't answer the phone anymore. They have told me garbage about abuse of the phone as well. Nope. I tell them that I'm going to keep calling and using any damn language that I please with them and until they make a reasonable effort to address my grievances, I won't stop. Of course, they never ever remotely try to listen to my legitimate complaints about their illegal activity so I continue to call and they can't do anything to legally stop me. If they would just pause for a minute, understand that they are public servants, and make an attempt to listen to the complaint and get the information straight, I'd leave them alone. However, because their egos just can't stand having someone complain about them, I get hung up on and get to keep calling.

  4. These tyrants need to be dealt with. Sue these dirtbags into oblivion. There is nothing criminal or unlawful about calling in grievances. It amazes me that these people think they can do n say what they want. And the pure disregard for the constitution is disgusting. Americans it's past time we hold them to their oath

  5. Oh Lord…so now it's up to a prosecutor to initiate free speech…🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I don't think that's how the constitution works.

  6. Oh look, audio evidence of an officer violating 18 USC 241, 242, and 245…three felonies in one call. That's 20 years in prison and up to $100k in fines right there, if he were to be prosecuted.

  7. How many people are charged with victimless “crimes” and just lay down and play along. I’d say most people would go along with it.
