Pine Bluff, Arkansas — On June 27, 2023, Arkansas State Police Trp. Terrell Pratt assists Sgt. Jeff Preston in pursuit of a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid that fled from Pine Bluff Police in Jefferson County. The pursuit came to an end when the Police performed a PIT maneuver on the sedan.
