   The moment you brandish or pull a weapon, from what I know of self defense, that’s a threat. Not saying it was SMART to fight somebody with a gun, but when you approach somebody with a gun that in itself is a threat.

   The two gunmen weren’t in imminent danger, this was burglary at most and they took it upon themselves to execute the man. Isn’t that murder?

22. As a 9 year jogger, in the state of GA I can tell you that there’s 3 things I haven’t done.
    1-Ran off the road and into a open house under construction I had zero relationship to the owner
    2-Went out jogging in the clothes he had on. The baggy pockets would slow my run down.
    3-I generally don’t chase after 2 guys in a truck and one has a shotgun.

    I’m not saying these 2 were right, but the one that got shot wasn’t pearly white and clean like I was lead to believe by the news media. This kid was a thief, or going to be one. Why on earth would anyone charge after someone with a rifle is beyond me. All he had to do was turn and run right past them to the cops. Again, these 2 had zero reason to be armed, but he went after his shotgun. You reach for a shotgun you’re going to get the business end of if 10/10 times.

30. Ahmad Aubery put himself in this position. By repeatedly going into that house knowing it was trespassing with reckless disregard for the law. The man had a history of anger issues and confrontation would’ve been inevitable. We live in a time of no accountability, and intimidation backed up by mendacity.

    I think it comes down to wanting validation. It's not about "wanting the world to be a better place" anymore. It's about hoping for the worst, and wanting to see the worst for validation. You'd think that the people who called this a hate crime would be relieved that it wasn't that, but instead they feel dissapointed.
