They Actually Passed This “Law”, Now They’re Responsible For NOTHING

2. So many laws are written with exceptions for the government. Rules for thee but not for me.

3. That's right, here in Cleveland the cops run the streets like a street gang and the local government protects their criminal behavior.

4. Hahaaa! As an experienced snow driver, there's absolutely no chance that this is anything but sheer incompetence. As demonstrated by him carrying too much speed on turn-in and attempting to shed some of it by braking to the degree that ABS was kicking in (the rumbling sound), causing him to under-steer more than he already was heading towards the first snowbank. The second corner was a complete rookie mistake as well, as he came back onto the throttle way too hard while still having rotation on the steering wheel in the direction which he was initially turning, as opposed to counter-steering towards the exit of the corner as he was coming back on to the throttle. If you look closely, his car was actually pointing straight down the road when this mistake was made and he's just 5-10 degrees of counter-steer away from looking like he vaguely understood what he was doing. However; after realizing his mistake, he then follows up by slamming the brakes AGAIN in favor of pumping it ever so gently or simply gently trail braking while violently rotating the wheel to the left to shift the weight distribution to the right side of the car, allowing it to steer away from the parked victim. Both techniques would have avoided locking up the brakes to the degree of ABS kicking in and essentially extending the braking distance. No ABS in the world will save you from that much momentum with so little space to shed it. Which is a hallmark sign of a driver having 0 fucking clue what he's doing; namely locking up and praying that electronics will save him from his own incompetence.

5. Cops and Amish buggies in Ohio are not a good mix either especially at night. One cop even hit a horse to stop the buggy because the person in the buggy was drunk and the horse was making its way home without direction from the person in the buggy.

6. The cop is incompetent. Anyone who lives in the midwest knows how to drive in the snow. He is simply $tupid and careless.

8. I watched this when it first came out and couldn't believe the cop claim it wasn't his fault? UMMM drive to the conditions dickhead. Fire dumb cops

How could any sane person let alone anyone with integrity watch the video and let the police sidestep responsibility for this collision, no one could say that was an “ Accident “ the cop was obviously playing silly boys having “ Fun “ in the snow and deliberately hitting the throttle to make his vehicle slide . The fact that the drivers in the two police vehicles in front of his had no problem controlling theirs is more proof if any were needed.

28. There is an amendment that is intended to protect citizens from damage from government without compensation, i believe. Any law not inline with the Constitution is not enforceable.
