Cops broke into his home without showing a warrant, but what happened next is even worse – Everything Law and Order Blog

Coty Cecil was awaiting repairs on his RV in a West Virginia campground when Milton police started breaking into his home, refusing to show a warrant. Cecil was eventually charged with possession with intent to distribute and transporting drugs over state lines, even though the half-dozen pot plants found in his RV were grown in his home state of Michigan—where they are legal. While looking into the dubious circumstances of Cecil’s arrest, PAR investigated the finances of the small rural community and uncovered some intriguing details about the role policing plays as a revenue engine for the town. 1. To me he should get off and all charges should be dropped because the police conducted an illegal search even if a warrant was forthcoming

  2. I read a study that determined that in most US cities, 50% or more of the annual budget goes to the police d😂partment. This is true in big cities like Chicago as well as small towns like Milton. What could we accomplish in the USA with 50% more money for we the people?

  3. None of that "evidence" will be admissable in court because 🎉hey had no warrant. So everything is fruit of the poisoned vine.

  4. West Virginia is a terrible terrible state The police are all corrupt they just want to lock everybody up and if they did that they're just working themselves out of a job then there's no more tax money Guess what they're at a jobs

  5. Manifestations of a corrupt Illuminati church mason anonymous deep state illegal government and illegal hierarchy and their abuse of their victims they human trafficked and mk ultra abused these are threats to silence their human trafficking victims

  6. The benefits of weed or its legality isn't the point. What was the probable cause, where's the warrant. It looks 100% like an illegal search. Everything found is the fruit of the poisonous tree. All needs to be thrown out.

  7. Hemp is the male plant won't get you high. They have no PC to get a warrant. its a illegal search he just admitted the cop said when it gets here These cops are very lucky, they didn't do this to a combat vet the outcome could of been bloody

  8. Why couldn't some computer savvy citizens, find the information of these "Government Employees" and their families and post information about all THEIR dirty laundry painting THEM in the most despicable of lights??? Because you KNOW that people with a sense of being untouchable have some very unsettling skeletons they are keeping hidden. We need to start finding and exposing those.

  9. Ir appears that Police budgets are where far-right leaders are choosing to hide surplus monies that could do good for communities. Their firm position that no one deserves a hand-up is creating a police state one annual budget after another.

  10. I cannot believe these are actually cops openly violating the law. These are intruders posing as cops seeking to victimize you!! Get your weapons and stand your ground !!

  11. Without a warrent everything should be dismissed and the damage to his stuff he should sue them !!!

  12. I would think that without of a warrant, everything they found would be "fruit of the forbidden tree" and inadmissible.
