The conclusion of the mini-documentary series State of Injustice examines how Black residents in Euclid, Ohio, routinely find themselves over-policed in their homes, schools, and even their skating rinks. This TRNN special premiere includes a showing of the concluding installment of the mini-documentary series State of Injustice, followed by a panel discussion about the series and the struggle for justice and police accountability in Euclid. The panel is hosted by TRNN’s Jaisal Noor and features Terra Stewart, the sister of Luke Stewart (whose killing was the subject of Part I of the State of Injustice series); Christopher McNeal, attorney for Richard Hubbard III and board member of BLM Cleveland; and Kareem Henton, co-founder of BLM Cleveland.

I rented an apartment in the harbor Crest apartments. I had walked around the parking lot for close to a year practicing with martial arts training weapons. No live weapons I noticed a black woman in a green dodge pick up I saw a male child in the passenger seat. I know she called the dirt Euclid cops by the way she looked at me… So I was walking near the leasing office and here rolls white cop unholstered his weapon told me to get on the ground drop my training instrument so he's had cuffed me he jerked me up with the hand cuffs tearing a large section of skin from my right wrist (I have a scar that is permanent on my right wrist. After taking my wallet to get my driver's license after he received report from dispatch he had an ambulance come to exam my wrist due to substantial bleeding. Him and all the other bullies left like the idiots they are. I am a white/ Caucasian man. A dirty cop only wants to get innocent people in to the corrupt legal system NOT a justice system.

The mistake made in this video is to make this a racial issue. Although in this case the victims are black, this is a widespread problem with Police Departments no matter what the race of the victims.
The punitive damages in the lawsuit against the City of Euclid, Ohio need to be large enough to bankrupt the City. That is what it will take to stop this behavior.

I've lived in Euclid my whole life and had to move because of the criminals that stay their. Go ahead and deny that these people don't do what they do. The city is a drug infested criminal have. Come to the rink to skate stay for the assault. The blind eye and 2nd 3rd 4th 5th chances they get are in vain. Within 5 minutes of being out of my car and in a convenient store. The bullshit starts. One word back and I'd be assaulted. Denial is a beautiful thing. Its average and normal in their minds to assault loot steal. Thats part of the culture.

She should take off the mask to testify. No one is near her. The way I see it is someone wants the land the rink is sitting on. They couldn’t buy it out so now they are trying to say it’s a nuisance. Or a criminal place. I’d like to see who wants the property. This rink is a good place because they aren’t putting their face on a phone. They are doing something fun and is good exercise. I used to go to a skating place back in the yrs between age 14 to 17. It was just good clean fun. They had skate races. Dancing together in couples, it was just fun. Look up on you tube at kids skate. It’s fun for me to watch now thst im old and can’t skate any longer.

If the citizen lies to the police officer they go to prison but if the police officer lies to the citizen and then lies to the judge and then lies in court they say oh well next case and the police officer walks away from the citizen who's on his way to prison?
What surprises me when I see these cities where people are mistreated right and left is that more people don't build armored bulldozers and flamethrowers and lose it and destroy part of the city. Maybe they'll come as more and more people are abused and are not able to handle the official abuse.
