Cops wanted to arrest him for a red light infraction, but they weren’t ready for what happened next – Everything Law and Order Blog

Traffic stops lead to fraught encounters with American law enforcement, which is why this stop between a LA County Sheriff and a local cop watcher is so illustrative of the power of turning the camera around on police. In this episode of the Police Accountability Report, we break down what happened and explore how the techniques used by cop watchers can actually prevent police from making questionable arrests. Please join journalists Taya Graham and Stephen Janis for this exciting episode of the Police Accountability Report!

  1. we really need to get a diffuser on that circular fill light. please show this comment to your gaffer, bestboy or lighting tech. see that LED "makeup fill light"? The one typically sold really cheap for Instagram influencer makeup tutorial videos? please get rid of that, use the correct light, or put a diffuser on it.

  2. if I was black I wouldn't want to get out of the car either. cops are dangerous and out of control, and that is besides they are as dumb as a box of rocks.

  3. The real fight for our rights is here at home in our country! In our States in which corporate criminals control every aspect of our lives. The police state/domestic terrorist organization is real and alive n well. We must end tyranny ‼️Great video as always 🙏🏽🇺🇸

  4. I see him escalating this. Just give them your license. And for hells sake…Don’t be reaching around like that! And with your kid in the car. Foolish! Yes the police can escalate things, so why give them a reason?

  5. I see a lot videos with cop bad action but this one a have to be agree this guy is a totally a jerk too and another thing that little girl behind is very small to ride with out car seat

  6. are they out there mind s they do nothing to help the situation he had a kid in the back a trumped up charge america you have lost your mind/s you need help to reign them in as you look stupid in the eye/s of the world

  7. I am sorry but the driver is in the wrong. He does have to present his driver's license and proof of insurance (Cal Motor Vehicle Code 12500) He does have to step out of the vehicle when asked.(US Supreme Crt Penn v Mimms). Guys like this give the good auditors that hold the police accountable a bad name.

  8. Finally after years of watching vids of cops abuses its time to see cop as a Clown..he really made them one even these clowns parents would laught at them

  9. I am homeless, but last August, I was looking for apartments behind a Walgree and walked the length of the building went between the 2 fences.
I was scared because some guy following me in a super tinted svu and following my walk pace got to the end of Walgreens
There were two fences, and he turned around and seemed to be waiting.
I wasn't sure her was going to rape me, steal my ring, or hassle me for trespassing.
So as I walk back to my girlfriends/best friend/ sisters car. The guy threw his car in the park, not in a valid parking space.
He jumped out and was LIKE SHOW ME YOUR HANDS, and I showed him, and I'm super scared I'm getting jumped at this point.
I finally got the nerve to ask him who he was, he said officer blah blah blah.
He asked me to show me my hands. I had only a cell phone bc it was a hot summer day I was in a black sun dress, nothing else ( I had my ring on ).
He starts asking me where my ID is, and I reach for it, and he yells. DONT REACH IN THE CAR AND MOVES MY HAND AND LOOKS IN MY BAG I said I'm leaving. He said he had probable cause
My friend who was driving the car had no idea who this guy was.
the cop said, "Have you ever been arrested?" We'll see, he takes my ID and calls back up and their was 7 officers including the sherif, It was so hot, I was circled by 7 cop cars and it took them 2 hours to bring them, while officer BLA BLA BLAH, Kept insisting I had drugs.
Finally the drug dog comes it's tiny training puppy, they kept taking the treats and holding them near my front privates and back side there was slobber all over the woman and buttock spot on my black dress.
After I said, "What are you waiting for this doe to do something, he had the dog circle me 6 times.
I called lawyers, but they said honesty, they will not take the case.
Cape Cod is the smallest town, and I have been violated,
    I have never been arrested
