A cop kicked a compliant man in the head, then police tried to cover it up – Everything Law and Order Blog

The brutal assault on a suspect after a high-speed chase that was captured by a security camera reveals how police have many hidden mechanisms to skirt accountability. In this episode, PAR examines not just the circumstances surrounding the attack on a man who was complying with police orders, but how law enforcement used questionable tactics to limit their own liability for what happened. 1. If a cop murder your child it's your responsibility to get justice if the system protect The cops then you GOT TO GO AFTER them like rats if not it will never end

  2. Clinton's big idea of employing thousands of more officers in every state no less than 3 times during his time in office in an effort to be tough on crime was the catalyst for departments hiring sociopaths within their ranks. Literally anyone who could get through police academy was given a gun and badge without any sort of psychological testing so now there's thousands of dangerous people on the streets holding the immense power of the badge so it's no wonder why we are seeing this.

  3. The officer, Corie Smith has been charged with felony assault. Type: Trial Readiness: – Jury Trial set 1/9/23; Department: Department R5 – Rancho Cucamonga; Judge: Hutson, Cara D; Court Reporter: Quintanilla, Julie

    You're welcome.

  4. How could they not criminally charge this cop??? Why is there even a question about investigating? If anyone else did that they'd be in jail charged with aggrevated assault.
