TRNN Executive Producer and former Black Panther Eddie Conway talks to author and activist Dominique Conway about Gloria Richardson, a fierce activist who led a multi-year campaign against segregation in Cambridge, Maryland. Richardson, who died July 15, 2021, was not as widely known as other civil rights leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. or Fannie Lou Hamer. Nevertheless, she was an important figure in the story of the struggle for civil rights both in the United States and all over the globe.

Malcolm X had great respect for Gloria Richardson.
A fantastic source for Richardson is her biography: The Struggle is Eternal by Joseph Fitzgerald. Not sure why he was left out of this discussion.
Real from Canada .She was a fighter for human rights .I made a research and Wow OVER 250 THOUSAND BLACK PEOPLE WERE UPDUCTED FROM AFRICA DURING THE SLAVERY ERA . Bet you some were killed also the once that tried to protect their tribe . But that is not mentioned . I am proud being Canadian because during the slavery era Canada had an underground project . Slaves on the run Canada helped them cross into Canada to total freedom. Example family names like Jonsons families have slaved blood lines .
