The measure passed with 89% of the vote. Previously the Legislature had sneaked thru a bill to pre-empt the Rights of Nature — at the behest of the Farm Bureau! So disregard the will of the people and go with the money. Typical. Floridians need to vote the a**holes responsible OUT!
And the Florida legislature will find a way to circumvent it. Guaranteed.
