9. That’s considered the Redondo Riviera area. Not Torrance Beach. Torrance doesn’t have a beach nor is it a beach city. There’s 1) Redondo Beach, 2) Hermosa Beach, 3) Manhattan Beach, 4) El Segundo 5) Marina Del Rey etc. Torrance has never had a beach there.

   Obnoxious rapper idiots are even there pushing their garbage revolting trash music on everyone. No one should have to go through being forced to listen to that POS.

    Odd, I work construction and despite how invincible I think I am, I still have to wear steel toes and a hard hat. Why are cops allowed to choose not to wear face masks? If they get sick with covid they will go on a taxpayer funded medical leave. If they are ‘on-duty’, they do not get to CHOOSE what safety precautions or rules they want to follow. Every cop caught without a mask should face a fine. The same way they were fining citizens.
