Sounds like he did what a lot of nasty men do when they are driving and don't want to get out of the car and take a pee. He probably had to pee so badly and didn't want to get out of the car. So he did the trifflin thing, poured the drink out, and peed in the cup. Male truck drivers or ones who spend most of their time driving on the road do this all the time, and you'd never know. The milkshakes are in styrofoam you can’t see through at Chick-fil-A. You’d be able to tell by the weight of the cup though. Milkshakes wouldn’t be sloshing around inside like piss would. The driver needs to be charged. No way that’s not a crime.
