The KEY word is: SUCCESSFULLY! IF you have done so, your Felony should have been CONVERTED to a lower Charge. Secondly: You have to find out if your fees had been waived by the Court during your Original Hearing! When checking: Don't take the City's word for it!!! Find out for YOURSELF!!! Because, if your fees were Waived at the time of your Original Hearing/Trial: YOU DON'T OWE THOSE FEES, BECAUSE THE CITY WAIVED THEM!!! START THERE!!!
