19. Don't count on Comcast. I went to an independent provider after being a comcast user for decades. They expect retired seniors to pay same rate as working class America. After a 70.00 increase in my service they failed to realize I could no longer keep their service. They told me I would have to wait 3 months and re apply for service, for affordable internet. Meanwhile they gave that service to thousands of others during pandemic. But not to me because of my ability to pay according to previous income. I will never go back to comcast. New company takes seniors on social security in a heartbeat and at a fraction of cost.
