NYPD Officers are Definetly protesting the new Reforms…they are not policing the community, NCO’s aren’t connecting with the community and they are allowing crime to spike up Dilibretly to prove that point…CPU will be recording all officers doing just that…not policing the community so that people can be stabbed, shot, raped, ect,. just to prove a point…the reason for this spike in crime is because officers are what they call, exercising the BLUE FLU….#nypd #copwatch #copwatchpatrolunit
