She needs to work on her English, for she actually did literally say something that she definitely means the opposite of, for what she clearly meant to say is something more like, " And, then, once again, if you have elected officials that dismiss the fact that the coronavirus is NOT gone, … ". It isn't gone and this is the fact that must not be dismissed. What she's saying is that the virus is NOT terminated, rather than it being terminated, and this is clear with the rest of the interview. I believe she knows what she's professionally doing and just needs to improve her use of English.
