Chances are people who had bank accounts with USAA either wrote checks OR did banking card transactions and did not have the funds to cover it. If people would keep track of their available funds in their bank and stop doing transactions when they no longer had the funds for it. They would not had to worry about the USAA taking their stimulus payment.
That's like someone having say $100 dollars in their bank account and saying WTH I'll just write a check get a Bugatti I know the bank won't take my stimulus money.
My bank took money from me and I was going to use that to catch up my electric and water. I don't know what I am going to do now. Pray for me PLEASE?! ðŸ™ðŸ‡ºðŸ‡¸â¤ðŸ˜¢

Don’t bail out USAA banks as well as the other big banks. Their failure will bring in newer innovative banks.

Giving banks "The Big Green" to do as they please, he has already taken away the right
to have legal cases heard in court, now done by arbitration. And now with all of
these stimulus directives, he has put all of this debt on our grandchildren's
great grandchildren. We as Americans need to vet our leaders more carefully, this is
not easy because most of the candidates that run for office are of the same feather.
It's time to vote for the person that is neither "Democrat" or "Republican" so long
as their views are not to radical. Trump must go and become a history lesson leaned.
