Israel has offered help to Gaza from the beginning of the pandemic.
It has provided diagnostic kits and masks. It has even offered medical aid to the Gazans. In return, Hamas continued its indiscriminate shelling of Jewish communities.
As always Hamas requests a deal when it is weakened but will violates as soon as it is stronger.
