The debate needs to move on now, African Americans need to start seriously looking at achieving the goal of evacuating the United States of America and returning to Africa. About removing power from the police: have to start bigger neighborhood watch/patrols while you start to redirect funds from the police towards these new patrol groups. Just like private universities do. This will be cheaper than growing your police department plus it will create jobs in the community for the community.
