    Combine in a pot:

    Water, Oil, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cilantro, Brussel Sprouts, Mushrooms, 1 teaspoon Vinegar, Corn Starch, Onion, Tomato, Rice

    Vegetables only. As a soup and it can be prepared using only a little water.
