  1. How does a black person qualify for a sub-prime mortgage? Why did they get a high interest rate? There is a credit score requirement for a mortgage and debt to income ratio and you can’t have collections or judgements!!!! So that right there is bs. Racism it doesn’t take rocket science. They just refuse to show you the good offers and only show you the crap offers.

  2. Good information that you wouldn't have access to on your local news stations. If I watch the news I'm showing my kids why you don't watch it. Teach them to do their research and no with Google.

  3. "White " America has made being Black a societal and economic contagion. Black people resort to putting other on applications just to get a Job. America will never prosper until she addresses her Original SIN of Slavery.

  4. The racism comes from you white people, all this started with you and still here!!! You own the whole world and you teach everyone to be racist!!! So the problem is you all!!!!

  5. This is a good topic, unfortunately you are simplistically blaming racism and not overlaying your stats with
    1.crime rates in those areas
    2. how government regulations on lenders incentivize what is now known as predatory lending, which was backed by authorities to ' help blacks'
    3. Good schools affecting home value. Whos fighting for and or against charters schools? This is an answer to one of your remedies, however based on the tone of your video you will probably be against it.

  6. First off thank you for presenting this information but can you please stop saying minorities. Say black ADOS Americans. Slavery/racism/ white supremacy was built on that here in America. They white Americans use other groups to Supplant us for labor while they lock us up in jail

  7. Why is it that everytime there is someone who discusses these types of studies, they always include Latinos. Latinos are leaving the ADOS in the dust and don't give a damn about them. In fact, they chase the blacks out.

  8. You live in an oligarchic society ran by europeans because they weren't opposed by the very people who built this country that were enslaved and as a TOTAL unit didn't agree to fight til death which would include every man woman and child that could muster a blow lethal enough to kill so in essence relinquished their freedom to live as such then til now. The 1 thought was to war in this country for equal power resources etc. til the end of extinction or til the oppressor gives in and so since that is not what happened welcome to amerika.

  9. BECAUSE OF INTEGRATION… WANTING TO PEE IN THEIR TOILETS? WE GAVE AWAY SO MUCH OF OUR FINANCIAL SECURITY. WE GAVE AWAY OUR MONEY TO OTHER PEOPLE GROUPS! WE SPEND THE MOST & HAVE THE LEAST. WHAT'S THE BIG CONUNDRUM?? Nothing new under the sun. Truth is something hard to swallow. EVERY SYSTEM IN PLACE IS TO KEEP A PARTICULAR PEOPLE GROUP THE PERMANENT UNDERCLASS. E V E R Y. SYSTEM

  10. this video clearly identifies the need for reparations for ADOS. And let's face it civil rights laws have ultimately failed as well as integration. This video shows that segregation in America is no different than it was in 1940. We just have a Kinder gentler form of segregation right? Abraham Lincoln had the right solution. If you research Lincoln ultimately wanted black people that have their own land economic fortitude and provide a stable and valuable tax income base for the u.s. government. Lincoln wanted America to be a white Nation but he understood that America had a responsibility and debt to its formerly enslaved population. Reparations now and we will develop our own land this way white people will not have to interact with us and we will not have to beg white people for jobs or resources. Anytime the oppressed has to beg the oppressor for anything, the oppressed is destined to starve to death.

  11. White poor racist are so dumb they don't realize if you join the blacks by default you will see progress in your own life..it will automatically benefit them

  12. Who is we ?

He’s saying white supremacy decides …. he’s talking in code …. he has a lot of information but he’s still a suspected racist.

Wish I could move all black people to another planet … another universe … this one is corrupt and full of powerful white racist .

    Remember racist = white ……

  13. Dont have the COMMON WEALTH to maintain ones own property if owned. High home loans….high taxes on owning homes. Can't afford a home if you can't afford to maintain it. Btw does anyone notice that we are considered as "BLACKS"…not black ppl. Still seen as objects…hmmm?

  14. The reason for this is that power economics are kept from blacks it's not a risk matter because of black peoples unwilling participate but a selfish factor held among whites and their cognitive dissonance.

  15. If I buy a home in Brooklyn where I’m born it will be 2million dollars ( Clinton hill where I’m born and anchored). Will I be upside down in a few years?? These homes are not truly worth this amount.

  16. As long as racist run the country, this is the norm. What it's like hundreds of years now and it's the lowest ever? Nope racism doesn't exist.

  17. This is what those quackademics who teach "african american studies" should be looking into ….instead of race pimping they should be coming up with practical solutions (preferably market based) for this…. how many of them advocate for black banks and other black owned businesses?

  18. My father passed away in 2010. So I inherited enough money to buy a condo in cash. I put offers thousands above the prices for condos $45k 55k 51k 49k and 25k all of these were really nice condos in Chicago‘s Rogers Park a very mixed neighborhood that is gentrifying.

The results of my bids was the bank accepted offers LOWER than my bids each time!

All five times the BANKs accepted several thousand dollars LESS than my bids.

The only thing I can assume to explain this is that the real estate game is so rigged that there is very little chance for people to fairly compete even with cash in hand much less with a loan.

Basically 5.1 million people were kicked out of their homes with little assistance from the government.

    The banks were bailed out
and then the banks and inside investors bought back these properties at the lowest cost possible.

I am now planning to move from the United States to Europe.

In Germany they have some similar problems with gentrification and most people rent.

But, if you are kicked out of your apartment because a landlord wants to renovate and rent at a higher price you are offered a minimum of €10,000. And you can negotiate for more and you have legal rights to refuse the offer.

Plus affordable healthcare, transportation, education, etc.

If Sanders or someone as progressive as Sanders is not elected followed by continual reforms, the USA will sink towards even greater inequalities.

  19. When will white people realize that they can't live with us, yet they can't live without us.
More specifically, were it not for us, white people would have killed each other off, a long, long, long time ago.
    Good data presentation.
Y'all, truly, better check yourselves before y'all wreck yourselves.

  20. #ADOS are a permanent underclass in this country. We have been made into the untouchable class of America for centuries. Reparations are due, we need justice.

  21. For every 1000 people over 62, my town, 92252, Joshua Tree, has had 19 reverse mortgage foreclosures. The highest in California. But we are 90% white right-wingers. I'm a white true leftie, 70, who was always too suspicious and critical of reverse mortgages, even though my local cohort has incessantly encouraged me to buy into this scam.

  22. Home ownership was never designed for us. We have to do some extra special stuff to grow the wealth of other cultures.

  23. My aging black mother-in-law in Raleigh, NC in 2003, became a victim. She was only $3000 away from paying off her home when some predators showed up and convinced her to sign-up for a sub-prime equity loan wherein, shortly thereafter, her payment skyrocketed, putting her in default. At age 78, she almost lost her home, until the family got together and bailed her out. Those predators – Beyond disgusting!

  24. Because democrats like Kamala Harris are working with bad actors like Steve Mnuchin and one west Bank to steal the homes and life savings of predominately minority communities, just like she did in California. How do you think our homeless population blew up overnight under her watch? Kamala "declines to prosecute her donors" Harris, that's how.

  25. Your statistics are wrong. My neighborhood was 90% white 17 years ago. Now I have many black, hispanic and asian neighbors who own their homes. But truthfully, none of us owns our home if we have to pay taxes on it year after until death. Taxes enslave us.
