  1. To prevent obesity and many diseases, asians like people from china, india, pakistan, sri lanka, etc. need to maintain bmi of around 17 to 22, instead of 18 to 24. Lots of people who work in real news are obese or super obese.

  2. Can easily prevent obesity and many diseases, save money, by getting most calories from unrefined staple foods like wheat, nixtamalized corn (hominy, masa, corn tortilla), brown rice, sorghum, barley, oats, sweet potato, potato, cassava, yam (dioscorea), taro, plantains, etc. Get rid of refined chemicals like oil. Reduce or eliminate animal products and take vitamin b12 supplement.

  3. America voters….idiots….you can't believe the relief when you install medical care for all like most other countries it's unbelievable the pressure relief, plain and simple, anyone saying anything else is just a corporate tool……..I hope someday all these tools are held accountable. Making profit off sickness what a sick screwed society. Go have another war.

  4. I'm still hoping for Bernie to win the 2020 presidential election. Yes, sure, he's older, I guess in his 60s or very close to that age range, but he has good ideas and has been " sticking to his guns " for a long time, and I don't know of anything similarly positive about any of the other candidates in this Dem. Party debate.

  5. Marianne Williamson is actually way ahead of her time. I find her to be a technocrat, a person that policymakers go to when they need ideas to solve societal problems. I also recently learned that she mirrors the principles of systems theory, something planners, social workers, and scientists use to improve society.

  6. Yes, rhetoric matters of course. But how did Hillary's rarefied technobabble go down last election?. Trump won by promising radical things. He lied through his teeth of course, but he still won. I think Kimberly Moffitt is a wonderful person, but she's just wrong.

  7. Williamson is exactly right about healthcare, the sad truth is most people don't want to listen.
These proposed healthcare systems might save you a little money, but they won't make you any healthier.

  8. Tulsi has a video with several refugee protectionists, walking, talking, stating exposing Halliburton and John Kelly behind the policy within the encampments, where the childrens' teachers are bound to not speak of what they witness there! A temporary station should be available, but not a cage, and not run by profiteers and possibly child molesters!

  9. I really don't get how Biden thinks the fastest way to get to single payer is to expand on a Heritage Foundation plan designed to guarantee the safety of the insurance companies.

  10. F…! Biden. He is the worst of all of the candidates.

There are a bunch of bad candidates, but Biden is the biggest piece of sh… of the lot.

  11. Nobody is going to "pass the baton" to Swalwell though. One can not just run on being young, what's more important is the issues and policies that those of us in the younger generations are concerned about.

  12. No mention of Yang's noticeable attempt to respond to Sander's comments, Yang is higher in the polls than many other candidates but was given the least amount of time and it's obvious his mic was being cut off.

  13. How we get to Medicare 4 all is easy. For those who get their insurance thru their employer they can choose medicare during the annual open enrollment period. The new insurance plan takes into effect Jan.1

  14. You americans were waking up and they gave you obama… He put you back to sleep, now they want to give you another milk toast president to put you back to sleep again since trump has shown what policies your corrupt government have actually been doing way before trump… Your only real choice who will really fight for you all is Bernie… Peace from the UK… And stop putting Liz bend over Warren in the same bracket as Bernie they are worlds apart…

  15. Excellent commentary from your guests. I'm glad Marianne is saying thought provoking stuff…it's true and should be part of the conversation.
