That lawyer was spot on . That judge was obviously wasted and wasn't able to rationalize a coherent defensive response to the accusations. These positions of power need to have some form of accountability. That's some scary stuff right there.

How quick to dismiss a case as soon as their integrity is brought to attention. Mainstream media should be asking this court and prossecutor/DA questions about court staff and legal professionals being sober on the job immediately. Everyone is accountable including cops, judges and legal professionals.
