  1. 😳 Why is this an issue in 2019? Oh, yes – it is because of American hysteria over any semblance of social cohesion that is perceived to be communism in disguise. There should be no veto on the part of employers concerning the desire of the workforce to form or join an appropriate union. The Johns Hopkin management board needs to understand the law as outlined in the document shown here.
