  1. Look up landlord tenant laws in Baltimore. Withhold rent, everyone at one time that will surely grab their attention and force this in front of a judge.

  2. Lived there from 1995 to 2004 in Apt 607. I had to move out because management refused to fix a hole in my bathroom ceiling that allowed the tenant’s toilet and bath tub above me to over flow and run down into my bathroom. …It was an unbelievable situation. But, when Bolton House was originally constructed, it was considered a high end apartment living space. But, hard times, dumping, and the practice of flipping real estate in Baltimore made Bolton House and the tenants victims, and a resource for inner city slum lords.

  3. Get Elijah Cummings to throw some money in he dont do nothing else for Baltimore but line his own pockets in his big old million buck homes

  4. Bit tardy, for it's now June 2, 2019, but I wish these people real success, as they clearly DESERVE to have. It's VERY sad that society is so heartless. It's heartless both nationally and internationally as well. The problem is "how to correct this?", for I don't know how it can be corrected. Too many voters for political elections keep repeating the same mistkes . It's somewhat amazing that voters can be so damn stupid. I don't like voting, so far anyway. Very unfortunate! Anyway, these people in Baltimore, a place I've never been too, hopefully will succeed. i'ld like to help but have absolutely no way of making a difference. It would obviously be a worthwhile cause for anyone who can help. Govt doesn't seem interested. I don't like the govt; it's a heartless beast. It IS heartless.

  5. ✊💪👏 I hope the residents will be victorious in their reasonable requests to alleviate any needless suffering that substandard living conditions cause and especially the elderly and those with medical conditions. 🙏💜

  6. But but but we have to save the unborn first!!!! (Being sarcastic )….. reach out to that surgeon who works for housing now!!!! The federal funds need to go to the public! !! Learn MMT

  7. These Landlords need to be FORCED to released, online, the block's income sheets and expense report each year going forward. No way there are not any funds for repair as long as all the rent is being paid.

  8. Our current day Homeless, are not our throw-away Vets, Addicts or individuals with mental illness, its our underpaid American Worker's who cannot afford the rent on their homes, or being kicked out because the wealthy wants their buildings for other evil, greedy, selfish purposes! America is becoming worse than the 3rd World Countries, all ON PURPOSE and DESIGN!

Just like Trump wants to kill off all those Refguee's fleeing their Countries from abuse, its exactly what the Wealthy is doing to our American POOR citizens; being treated like the Refugee's at the Border!

  9. Is someone in Baltimore trying to FORCE the tenants OUT to renovate these apartments to make them into expensive apartments like NY or use for other interest? If We, the People don't come out in MASS PROTEST, things will never change, nor get better!

  10. Her apt unit was not supposed to be giving out in the media her privacy need to be protected this Chanel should have advised her not to give her Apartments unit number.

  11. Great to know all the millions the city spends on oversight and law enforcement are going well. Or completely useless.
