35. An unfortunate series of events leading up to the arrival of LEO. Psychotic. Knife. Attacked others. Officers had next to no discretionary distance and still had the foresight to use non-lethal but the perp was too large for it to do much good. He charged an officer who yielded as much ground as he could before having to respond to the threat, and it wasn't a mag dump. Seemed like about six round, which for a big psychotic guy, would make sense. Fat is the second-best body armor.
