  1. Where do you find these so called experts professors, who have difficulty to explain simple things. High response of people who participated in previous "referendum" or elections is not do to fear is due to false rigged numbers and statistics. She is talking and not saying much. I can hardly call this informative, call someone who has a knowledge on this topics. It would be better for this lady to be more involved in constitution of Us and not say to others what should or not be included in Cuban constitution. She didn't clarify must important topic and that is not same sex marriage it is free medical care for children and oldery people. You emphasise topics like same sex marriage which are main topics for yellow print.

  2. 4:45 Of course lady why guarantee those things to the old and children, they are FREE now 🎉 liberal democracy and the enlightenment. Who needs teeth or clean water in Flint when could start YOUR OWN BUSINESS 🎈

  3. For all those who liked this video, explain how any of that liberalism is going to solve poverty or American imperialism ……..⏰

  4. Wow… lower voter turn out is a sign of less authoritarianism??? What BS.. private property rights and foreign investment is pretty sinister stuff

  5. The biggest threat Cuba faces today is coming from Bolton, Rubio and all the extreme, pro imperialist, right wing characters in the US. Bolton just announced new sanctions on Cuba and now Trump has allowed Chapter 3 of the Helms-Burton law. The worst nightmare for those people is that Cuba moves forward on its own. They want radical regime change right now and install a subservient puppet government. I agree some things should not be in the Constitution, but should be legislated.

  6. And you calling that “Real News Network”. Guys you should know better.
Marriage is church term and government has no say what kind marriage can or cannot be. State can decide what kind of civil partnership or civil marriage is allowed.
How long this tail wagging the dog will continue? LBGT is tiny minority and we are taking about democracy, it means majority.

  7. Wait. Please, someone help to understand it: is she saying at 4:30 that no longer all children and all elder people will be covered by social care? Maybe I got it wrong, because english is not my language… but if that is so, why they are doing that? That is terrible!

  8. The only people who can hold office in Cuba are hard line communist, these changes are just lip service and few things will change for the good in Cuba…until Trump takes down Venezuela and Cuba will fall soon after. Only when the communist are removed will things improve in Cuba.

Edit; I've been to Cuba many times, Cuba is an impoverished hell hole.

  9. Although I am a Communist and do not want to see Cuba move in this direction, IT IS THE WILL OF THE CUBAN PEOPLE.
Not the will of Commandante Che, nor of The cacito poquito, Rubio.
    Viva Cubana!

  10. cuba have some changes.united estates still lost in translation in some many areas.a few as a example.racism, health care, education, home, transport, genocide wars, power of 0.1% elite, police violence,trump,clinton,obama,bush…..i believe EUA is excepcional in some many mess and bulling the weak.

  11. So many changes and only a Yes or no vote? I mean at least the people know what they get not like in Briton with the Brexit but I always find it fishy when you put to many changes in one vote.
