5. Nonsense. I was in the real estate business during the bubble before the great recession. If one had a pulse, no matter race, creed or color, one got a mortgage. I remember at least a dozen Hispanics that had multiple social security numbers at their disposal to secure a loan and needed to complete the application in Spanish. I had black clients that couldn't prove income and still got loans.

6. What home ownership they talking about..usa citizens don't own home they rent them from banks and after the bank is paid uncle Sam owns the house. I see 70- 90 yrs old clients can't afford house tax NO more an out the door u go

    Think about Black Wall Street, so you won't let us by our homes in your neighborhood, send our kids to your schools, can't walk through the front door of your restaurant, can't use the same bathroom that you use, can't work at a decent job to provide for our families. Then we we build our own Black Wall Street and its profitable.

    The Government decides to burn an entire city down and murder blacks folks. Because, how dare Black people prosper.

19. Black America was made a contagion to wealth because de jure housing policies created White flight. Predatory lending towards ADOS had been problem since we have been allowed to have loans. It's nothing knew. Murica has some serious problems.

20. Black wealth numbers are even worse than the data shows because they included depreciating assets like cars and furniture in that study. Black descendants of slaves have always needed a comprehensive Reparations initiative to stabilize them.

21. American descendants of Slavery  have suffered incalculable generational damage from governmental and institutionalized racist policies and practices. The #ADOS community has a duty and a right to fight for reparations. #ADOS , #REPARATIONS
