8. The Canadian government loves to refer to "mistakes" and corruption in Venezuela. Regarding corruption, the Maduro government has been well aware of it and have been working to stem it. When it was uncovered that the supreme court secretary general had been selling amnesty to her wealthy friends and collecting millions in fees, she fled to Canada and became a friend of Kristia Freeland. Freeland accepted her with open arms. Venezuela has problems, let them work them out on their own. On the other hand, apparently the Trudeau government makes no mistakes and corruption doesn't exist here. Oh, Canada.
