  1. The University of Farmington was founded in January 2016. And, by the way, its "illegal" immigration and its always been a crime.

  2. Haters of America Sovereignty😞. Illegal immigrants has more rights than Americans. They get more help from the government than Americans. They don’t have to work, they get free housing, food and health care. Why does Americans people have to pay for these people. Is our fault that they don’t want to live in their country? Sent these free loaders back home. It’s like having a guest in your home but that guest never leave your couch. If Congress doesn’t change the policy of illegal immigrants and get rid of anchor babies American will no longer be a safe place to live.

  3. The 'State Contractors Board' sets up stings all the time in residential houses to catch unlicensed contractors breaking the rules. I don't see anyone claiming the Contractors Boards were designed to instill fear or discriminate towards people of color with an us vs them mentality.

  4. These people are illegal aliens not "immigrants" and they are breaking the law. There is nothing wrong with a nation enforcing its immigration laws. The Professor needs to go back to school and learn the basics of right and wrong, legal and illegal.

  5. Spent 4/5 of the video talking about what Obama did. Wow, "PROFESSOR", let's just PROFESS about "to be fair" all the things that happened in the past (OBAMA IS GONE !!!). Let's talk about NOW and what we are doing now and what we can do to fix it NOW!!.I'd bet this person argues just how blue the "blue" sky is "to be fair". Liberals are so concerned about making sure they say "to be fair", that they will let the Russians and the Chinese take over the entire earth "to be fair" and make none of our elected representatives responsible for anything "to be fair", and not change ANYTHING too fast "to be fair".

  6. What it all boils down to plain and simple is a lack of compassion for folks that don't look like them on the right. They will use anecdotes, not data, to justify their irrational hatred.

  7. Yes, please mention the technology and jobs being stolen by foreign students, creating bad working conditions and lowering wages, while raising rents….as well as a huge security risks and total theft of technology. Stop Human Trafficking!!!

  8. Law enforcement does these sting operations now for ‘citizen’ criminals.
Fake lottery scams to catch those who have warrants out on them. Same thing.
    Do no wrong, no worries.

  9. So Entrapment is legal now. Cops Courts this government and the private prison system. Here's your Criminals they wear guns, robes badges, suits and ties.

  10. Illeagle means against the law! When I break the law I get busted, jailed, fined, we have law and order in the USA. Build the wall now for our citizens. We the People!

  11. Entrapment: "In criminal law, entrapment is a practice whereby a law enforcement agent induces a person to commit a criminal offense that the person would have otherwise been unlikely or unwilling to commit."
There could be a case here for this being an illegal act by ICE. It's common for registration with a college to involve either a social security number (for citizens) or student visa (for visitors). In this case, valid student visas would be most relevant. Depending upon how the fake college was set up, potentially in a way that did not include a proper process requiring a valid student visa, ICE may have induced these students into committing a crime. (Signing up for what they thought was an accredited educational institution without proper credentials.)

  12. I find it ironic that you say Trump continues Democrat anti immigration policies…. =] You aren't wrong. Most people would say you are.

  13. I guess they should have kept their papers current. My wife is a recent immigrant & we know all about having to keep papers current & keeping on top of your immigration process. If ICE is enforcing against you, you only have yourself to blame. No sympathy for those who do it to themselves.

  14. There are rules to the game., Illegal is illegal. The Trump government biggest fraud/flaw in enforcing immigration law is not going after the landlords and employers of illegal immigrants.. The reason His red state supporters are the main harbingers of suspect document labor.

  15. A 3 yr. moratorium on any new immigration applicants should be initiated. Process those current applicants, but, any who set foot in our nation, w/o going through legal channels, should be treated as they are… performing a criminal act and only as such, no matter their country of origin.

  16. Very fine interview and I definitely prefer listening to Aviva, rather than her father, Noam. The interview is good. I think what Aviva says is certainly credible and know that ICE, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency of the federal govt, definitely isn't trustworthy or honorable; neither! ICE, some of it anyway, has sometimes been involved in or with international trafficking, to bring "drugs" into the USA, as has also the CIA; the operations division of the CIA, that is. I wouldn't be surprised if some of ICE has been involved in the illegal trafficking of guns or arms, certainly for them to be taken south of the border anyway. People who use the following for a general Web search, without the quotes, will get plenty of links : " ICE site:narconews.com ". And here's an evidently good article: " America’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Is a State-Sponsored Terrorist Organization – Abolish ICE ", by William Boardman, July 3, 2018, https://www.globalresearch.ca/americas-immigration-and-customs-enforcement-ice-is-a-state-sponsored-terrorist-organization-abolish-ice/5646281. Read what NarcoNews has about ICE and it'll reinforce the perspective that ICE is a state-sponsored terrorist organization. So, I definitely trust Aviva, whereas NOT any of the YouTubers who posted heinous, narrow-minded, … comments for this video. After what I've read about ICE operations starting around a decade ago, this new entrapment of foreign students isn't surprising; being like standard procedure, instead. It's ridiculous to entice foreign students to apply for enrollment in … any schools in the US when they're going to be treated as ICE, evidently backed up by Washington, is doing; for, the honest thing to do in that case is to simply not entice foreigners to apply for enrollment in US schools.

  17. Evil and inhumane work by ICE. Taking advantage and trapping people is criminal work. Nothing wrong with telling them no, but making them suffer is totally wrong practice.

  18. ILLEGAL immigration is "out of control" and is consuming hundreds of BILLIONS of tax payers hard earned monies, monies and services which could serve our children and people. We have and have always had a process to immigrate and most are welcome; this has nothing to do with race! Division is an age old p;oy used by the left when they need it to suit their needs. PS- F%*k DACA, which is an excuse to circumvent the LAW!

  19. It sounds like the government "closed the sidewalk" so that they could force people engaged in legally protected activities into the street where they could deem their presence illegal and "kettle" them right into prison cells. It's not a policy that's reserved strictly for immigrants. The stakes are often just vastly higher when immigrants are the target.
