  1. all true- yes he is right on housing. In the end, thos rising C02 levels will bring the change we need- its too bad many will get hurt in the process.

  2. Who is going to guarantee this housing? Politicians that we don't trust? Local officials that are inept? Greedy bureaucrats that can't do their job? We don't trust the cops, we don't trust the people in government and we don't trust the people running the programs of government….. Who are we going to find to guarantee this?

  3. Sociologist is a fake title with no significance other that socialist leanings but to be ignorant and a coward on top of that takes the cake. How about this little socialist finds a way to earn enough for a knife and set in the wilderness for a couple of years and see how guaranteed housing works for him. An associate professor in a fake field and we wonder what people leave college a lot more ignorant than when they went in.

And why is there all this fake news on the "real news network"? Clicking the unsubscribe button.

  4. How can I access "The Green New Deal" by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez? Where is it? How can I find Daniel Aldana Cohen's Housing plan? Thank you very much.

  5. Thank you. It was easy to listen to and very informative. I did note, that Daniel forget Native Americans in his coalition. Unfortunate miss given how much indigenous world views can contribute to the discussions when given a seat at the table. It's a missed opportunity for new insights; cuts off the well of indigenous knowledge that can inform solutions.

  6. The main reason homes are overpriced and inefficient is the govt regulation on their construction and the inflationary actions taken by govt. The solution being pushed here is, well insulated projects and and punishing the productive. This guy is a fidgety bullshitter who never had an emotionally rewarding job building or fixing anything and has to lash out at society while trying to control it. I promise if all you fuckers would just go dig some ditches and fix your own car electric or otherwise you could get off the antidepressants and anti anxiety meds.

  7. This guy is a little out of touch if he thinks homeless, jobless people should be able to afford low energy appliances – give me break! Not a fan of this guy.

I'm for housing guarantee IF they focus on Detroit, LA,,Philly & other cities that were destroyed by poverty. Rehab them! They are all row houses. Pay present & former occupants & homeless decent salary to do the work so they learn skills to become employable then lend them money to lead to ownership. Not sure how to integrate the neighborhoods which is necessary.

  8. Love Daniels well thought out, socially conscious housing concepts inspired by the European model
of public social housing. Truly inspiring!! Awesome interview realnows!!
