Don't think things will change as a result of this new development.  The Machine behind it all is still very much out-there.  By no design of it own, it could very well be in a recess mode or simply wanting to step away from the stoplight.  While it is in this pause-mode, it will continue to assess the ground on which it stands alone naked.  It will remain in that waiting mode until there comes the next order-of-the-day.

    Will there be more atrocious acts of violence against others human beings?  Or, will there be more scandals simply to undermine the Rules of LAW(International or otherwise)?
