Charges DISMISSED by Cop Thanksgiving day seized vehicle! #deland #police – Everything Law and Order Blog

Deland Police Department stopped a man and his girlfriend on Thanksgiving evening. The man is an automotive dealer out of Orlando Florida and the cop alleged that he stopped in for a headlight out.

The drive the vehicle spoke to me and says he routinely takes home cars to try them out before he put them on a sale and that is what he was doing with this car here it was just recently purchased at the auction and he had placed his dealer plate on it to test the vehicle For a few days.

Well, that’s when Officer Cooper and the Corporal decided to charge this man with an unregistered vehicle.

In addition to this, they convince the tow truck driver that he had to register the vehicle in his name before he could get it out and he could not use his dealer plate. See the video in the description for the full video of the Deland Police Department.

  1. Call the pig out by name in a civil lawsuit
man vs bob the pig honestly even if he didn't dismiss it there is no man going to take the stand under oath or afferntion to verify the man did anything wrong . We mst learn how to be a man in court and make a claim over their complaints statute violations they are false claims and have been claimed against getting remedy

  2. I had an employee who had a similar experience, and when I called my own attorney on his behalf, my legal advisor told me that it fell under “Qualified Immunity”….
What a fuvking joke. The jokes on us.

  3. THREE WORDS, SLAM DUNK LAWSUIT!!!! IT WAS CLEAR RETALIATION, VERY EASY TO PROVE IN COURT TO A JURY AND SINCE HE SAID IT WAS AN "ERROR", THAT'S AS GOOD AS ADMITTING HE WAS WRONG.

REMEMBER, IF YOU DON'T SUE, SHAME ON YOU!!!!

  4. I think Cooper should lose his job and be forced to serve his victim's family every Thanksgiving for the rest of his life. Then give him a traitor's burial.

  5. It's really simple/not so simple. You file a Claim with the city for the monetary expenses(not the pain & suffering), and they Automatically reject it. Then you go to Small Claims to show the ticket was dismissed, and wait 30 days for payment. While you're waiting, file a Written Complaint against the cop.

  6. I sentence you to a 30 minute lashing in public 3 Sundays from now. All citizens are encouraged to attend. Admittance is $5 per person. Chidren 10 and under may enter free of charge. Lashing to be issued by the plaintiff. The audience may throw ripe or rotten fruit and/ or vegetables at the convicted for the entire duration providing the plaintiff gives consent. I'd bet my life shit would change quite quickly if that was how we played ball. And I know what I'd be doing every Sunday afternoon 😎 maybe I should run for senate

  7. I watched the original video. Would you expect from a complete idiot? He should reimburse the tow and compensate the poor man give him a three day paid vacation.

  8. If kops knows they can't get a charge to stick, they still dole out punishments (tow fees. inconvenience, even an overnight stay in jail) to citizens they don't like.
