At the Sanders Institute Gathering, Bill McKibben says that a Green New Deal must address climate change, immigration, and unemployment, or we’re headed “if not to Hell, then to a place with a very similar temperature.”

  1. Let's say theoretically climate change is making planet uninhabitable (it isn't, but play pretend). Shouldn't we all go down in love and peace and not the Davos crowd's way with eugenics, transhumanism, marxism, technocracy, eating worms and bugs while plutocrats eat grass fed bison steaks on their superyachts?? peace to all who read this!!

  2. Why do people keep interviewing this man who completely ignores animal agriculture and the tremendous devastation it causes to the planet?
The study, published in the journal Science, created a huge dataset based on almost 40,000 farms in 119 countries and covering 40 food products that represent 90% of all that is eaten. It assessed the full impact of these foods, from farm to fork, on land use, climate change emissions, freshwater use and water pollution (eutrophication) and air pollution (acidification).

“A vegan diet is probably the single biggest way to reduce your impact on planet Earth, not just greenhouse gases, but global acidification, eutrophication, land use and water use,” said Joseph Poore, at the University of Oxford, UK, who led the research. “It is far bigger than cutting down on your flights or buying an electric car,” he said, as these only cut greenhouse gas emissions.

  3. Not mentioning Geo Engineering doesn't help either billy boy the fraud. No mention WHATSOEVER. Wow! Geo Engineering is doing more harm than anything else. Add in 5G and their depopulation is full force and effect. No mention of that either, huh? Dr. Naomi Wolf has gone over the "green new deal" and finds it TPP in disguise. Has anyone read it? Wake up Sheeple.

  4. Do moronic trolls have a competition to set the standard for rudest and crudest?

They may shit on everything as soon as the video hits their feed and fail to see the relevance of climate change and immigration — the rest of us to follow Democracy! Now appreciate the commentary provided by figures like McKibben.

I look forward to Georgia pitching a fit when the next hurricane levels Miami. I genuinely enjoy picturing that scene: thousands of barefoot, paradise-printed shirts without headgear trying to storm their northern border and Georgia screaming, "State's Rights!"

  5. Somebody should let the girl that's doing the interview know that brushing your hair once in awhile doesn't affect the climate change
