  1. So this is basically a way to make families pay for their own surveillance, and to take all the costs of incarceration of the family member in question (real estate, food etc.). I bet the prison still gets paid though, not to mention the companies providing the equipment and surveillance service. Of course this opens up for monitoring the whole family, not just the prisoner.
On the other hand, while collar criminals can probably get this type of incarceration as well then, which will probably amount to nothing in that case since these people all know each other and scratch each others backs for a living.
This really seems like some Orvellian fascist shit if anything.

  2. The unconditional provision of the necessities makes crimes of necessity unnecessary. See my magnum opus "Popular Capitalism" for a fuller exposition.

  3. As always, before you judge any bill or new law, look first at what it does for those imposing or signing it. I still can think of nothing that Trump has done or signed that helps anyone but himself. The press is already talking this up as if it were a new Constitution. Just like these honest folks have warned us.

  4. Great show! Excellent,Marc. Nobody talks about this including most of my friends. Fortunately able to expand my awareness, thru work
I had taught school in Philly so I was familiar with extreme poverty & desperation. Crime was a a way to survive. They need jobs not jail.
What I didn't understand until recently was how low income but hard-working people were targets. All kids get in trouble, a learning experience not a felony unless you are black.
Trump wants the minority vote, all a con like everything else he does, souless. Dr Cornell West described Obama basically as "pretty face, pretty words – empty promises. FDR did it, why can't these clowns? . $$$$$$$$$$$$$

  5. No A for effort? Something to build upon? Let’s compare it to Obama’s reform…oh wait,!there was none. Blacks are there own worst enemies. No progress if it comes from Trump. Arseholes

  6. I worked on this ACT and you are full of it. I used to really hold this channel high goodbye. It took years and yet you haven't done much to make changes.
