  1. All these lawyers and not ONE has raised the UCC and it's required "reservation
of rights"……now why would you have a "code" that governs all commercial
interactions….. ( contracts ) that requires an "explicit" reservation of rights?

    What "rights" are you reserving?

You are not required to state "these rights" specifically…..but if you fail
to make the "required reservation" in the initial "contract", you are "barred" from
asserting "them?", at a later date.

This "requirement" applies to "all contracts", including those that exist between
you and the "government(s)", within whose "legal geographical jurisdiction" you
    may find yourself.

This reservation is invoked by the simple addition of "all rights reserved" or "without prejudice"
next to your "signature"…..and your understanding of what it means.

Of course, no one knows about this "requirement"…..and "lawyers" are not instructed….
in "school" regarding it. They are "officers" of the court FIRST, and usually are engaged
after the fact, when you are already "subject" to the laws of the "jurisdiction" you find
    yourself…..

So all that is taking place here is essentially irrelevant "bullshit" dealing with the "effects"
of what has been in place since 1952…..and in all states by 1970.

The solution requires dealing with the "cause"…..and this ain't it.

  2. I sure hope this is getting out on other platforms. The eyeballs on these Forums' divers interventions seem to be minimal in number. sigh

  3. The planet has been molding and shaping our species for the last 3 million years to be the Ambassadors of this life synergy. Fermi's paradox seems to think that complex life only has a 400 year life span after Industrialization is discovered but our predicament is easy to remedy. Marx points out that money has no value it only has a price which is interest; interest is fraud and it grows exponentially. Capitalism requires compounding growth which is an exponential function and exponential functions have limits because they go to infinity. The interest this society owes which is fraud can no longer be serviced. We're not in charge we never have been but for the last 50 years the toxic food we've been eating has created a population that's in a semi-hibernating state. This state is ideal for creating a population of slaves that are blissfully ignorant of knowledge. We are the Ambassadors for this particular life synergy and Climate Chaos will force us to step up to the plate and allow the synergy to flower.

  4. Professor Joel Rogers on TheRealNews today, on public goods, or, demand beyond the Adam Smith model. (Also, the Immaculate Conception, :D)

Also, you should watch Bravo Von Muller, today, 12/6/18, about body language!

Ya gotta b piki about your immaculate conceptions!

  5. Great speech. Liked the idea of hijacking the Powell memo playbook and putting it in service of a public interest focused progressive movement. Touching on one of the "R's" mentioned concerning reach, then skipping ahead to the professor's observation on this forum's attendance,it might be more effective to start with naming the forum something that doesn't turn to mush in the average person's brain upon sight. Yes,it's truthful and to the point, which is good, but the name doesn't exactly inspire visuals that might draw the crowds we'd like. It runs the risk of preaching to the choir. The up front messaging starts with the name,of course, and making it a bit shorter might appeal to more of us "lizard brains". I think a LOT more people are genuinely interested in this subject that aren't being effectively reached. That said I think everyone should watch these forums, there is much great information in them and all of the speakers are very engaging.
