  1. The 98% conviction rate exist because the entire judicial system blackmails guilty pleas. If guilty pleas were done away with the whole system would cease to function in about 7 months. Most places require a trial to start within six months unless your worthless attorney files for a continuance. Once that continuance is filed you could be held for multiple years waiting for trial. Or of course, plead guilty, which is what they want.

  2. Thanks to this panel for the hard work. HAVE YOU ALL WATCHED THE MOVIE, VAXXED. NOW THERE'S AN INJUSTICE. IT WILL OPEN YOUR EYES AND HOPEFULLY START YOU INVESTIGATING THE VACCINE CULT.

  3. A crime is defined as causing harm to others or property. Alcohol prohibition required a Constitutional amendment. There is no amendment prohibiting cannabis, making those laws UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Thus, we have a treasonous, criminal, government. Declaring war on American citizens, on American soil in an ILLEGAL, unconstitutional war against we the people.. Another "war" based entirely on lies and propaganda. The US government is a RICO, and the "judicial" system is corrupt to the core, wake up people.

  4. Not good enough for me. I won't celebrate until the rest of the foul Bush seed and his kind are finally gone. It's my world and in my world there's no place for them.

  5. America never gave up Slavery. It was just slowly moved into a prison system instead.
Create the ingredients through Jim Crow and push all people of any difference that them into prison cells for work detail.
They are a group of people that want to look out into the World, and only see themselves. Sad and terrifying as they now hold power.

  6. No more euphemisms please. Its not "incarceration," its imprisonment. Its not "Law enforcement" its the police. Its not "corrections" and its not "the justice system," its the Just Us system, penal colonies and neo-slavery. Its not "solitary confinement," and "enhanced interrogation." its torture.

  7. I wish Nina would stop shouting and just speak calmly. Shes always on a soap box. She’s be easier to listen to if she just talked to the audience instead of preaching st them. But the criminal justice system is criminal – it’s also racially biased. Punishing people by locking them up for years in prisons does not make them better people. In fact, it probably makes them worse. Abolish bail requirements, plea bargains, solitary confinement, for profit prisons, legalize drugs.

  8. "The social principles of Christianity have now had eighteen hundred years to be developed, and need no further development by . . . The social principles of Christianity justified the slavery of antiquity, glorifies the serfdom of the Middle Ages and are capable, in case of need, of defending the oppression of the proletariat, with somewhat doleful grimaces. The social principles of Christianity preach the necessity of a ruling and an oppressed class, and for the latter all they have to offer is the pious wish that the former may be charitable. The social principles of Christianity place the compensation for all infamies in heaven, and thereby justify the continuation of these infamies on earth.

"The social principles of Christianity declare all the vile acts of the oppressors against the oppressed to be either a just punishment for original sin and other sins, or trials which the Lord, in his infinite wisdom, ordains for the redeemed. The social principles of Christianity preach cowardice, self-contempt, abasement, submissiveness and humbleness, in short, all the qualities of the rabble, and the proletariat, which will not permit itself to be treated as rabble, needs its courage, its self-confidence, its pride and its sense of independence even more than its bread. The social principles of Christianity are sneaking and hypocritical, and the proletariat is revolutionary. So much for the social principles of Christianity."

  9. Plea bargains are the biggest injustice in our injustice system. Poor people of all colors are herded into plea bargains even for things they didn't do because they don't have the money for a good lawyer

  10. Your skin is not your sin. Your sins are your sins. Stop making excuses and address the decay of the Black family, which is the root cause of the crime epidemic that leads to mass incarceration.

  11. It's the racist American money machine, most laws are in place to affect Blacks and Latinos, it's so easy to turn Black's and Latinos into criminals with laws like stop and frisk, gang loitering, mobaction, etc.
All you have to do is be picked up and finger printed and your a criminal without any charges and it sticks to your record happened to me 25 years later it's still on my record for just being pickup no charges no court appearance, and they want me to pay to get it off my record for being pickup by racist 🐖 with nothing better to do fuck that.

  12. When they talked about the high cost of incarcerating someone no one mentioned the highest cost of all. It's the cost to families, children and entire neighborhoods brought on when a parent is incarcerated. When these people, mostly men are taken out of their families, it creates an almost impossible situation for the children who have no guidance or role models, guaranteeing most will remain in poverty, creating a permanent underclass.

  13. Drugs do not war. People do. War was declared on the American people. Most don't get it. Tough on crime? No, tough on the citizens. It's a smart game they are playing. With millions of our dollars to brainwash society to relent to our slave masters. We should way surpass being furious over this. We have been placed under spells of satan. In union with corrupted churches and back-biting neighbors. To top it off government is the leading suppliers of drugs! By God I call on Jesus to return and desroy what satan has created here! Once again free us from unholy bandage Lord! Raise us up to meet you in the clouds to exact holy vengeance for the love of the father of all creation! Allow those who are luke warm to embrace your fire and know you are king of kings and Lord of lords! Father loose him now! May today be the day!
