12. Objective voice here. #1 These two obviously have a preexisting personal relationship. The person videoing exhibited a clearly friendly demeanor. When asked why the other person was touching him and asked him not to, the Lt., who then informed the viewers that the person videoing was a former law enforcement officer, clearly removed his hand and complied. #2 This is obviously a community law enforcement even at a park, which are typically advertised towards families with specific events and activities for children.

    Conclusion: The videographer cannot maintain a clearly objective view point. His intent is NOT to strengthen the public's rights and educate officers. This man's intent is clearly to show dissent over his former career and garner attention. F
