5. It's interesting that roughly 10 percent of Republicans or third party voters voted to let Felons have one right back. You would think more Republicans would vote for something that would give a Constitutionally protected right back to citizens. I really think something fishy is going on with these machines.

Why just a few dollars, well ponder on ALL the Constituents they are suppose to represent, these Reps sell them/us off for TEN CENTS on the Dollar! This is what these selfish fucks think about the 80% of us!

9. The Democrats haven't offered any help to the working class. The easiest, simplest thing would have been to campaign on Single Payer Healthcare. Then they would have had a true BLUE WAVE. No imagination and no alligiance to the people. Ralph Nader still ROCKS!

19. While I think that Pollyanna was a wonderful book and movie(s), it gets old fast, when you're discussing the political realities of the world and the U.S., on election night, 2018. Abby Martin seemed to be the person least impressed by silver linings; hers was the only voice to evoke the Democrat's shameful Russia mania, created to cover up their misdeeds, malaprops, miscalculations and the total SNAFU that was their 2016 coronation of President Hillary. I understand how people who need to get a good night's sleep might feel better by considering losing by a 60% – 40% margin, a victory (of sorts). I don't know how (or if) we will avoid the final collapse of what now constitutes civil, democratic society, but it will take a lot more than a good attitude, i.e., the glass is half-full. The oligarchs are in charge, around the world and the results of today's election reflect that trend. God help us all.

20. Green candidates are absolutely on the ballots in CA. What are you talking about? Check your facts. No one purged them of the ballot. Everybody regardless of the party affiliation run in two rounds. Top two winners in the first round go into the second and final round. And there were 3 Greens who made it into a final round this election. Do some fact checking before you talk.

22. Until the problem of electronic voting machines is addressed, progressives don't have much of a chance. The machines, all owned by private companies, have secret programming. It was found just this year that the main company has had remote access since 2000. If you're wondering why Republicans still have a stranglehold, here's a newsflash: Most of the companies that own our machines lean right. These machines have been proven to be easily hackable, even by teenagers, time and time again. Neither party ever brings up this problem. My own opinion, after doing a little research is a lot of Corporate Democrats now have the same donors as Republicans. Is doesn't take a genius to realize what we are up against. It's all rigged against us.
