28. Ok, first of all let me say that the behavior of these so called public servants was Disgusting 🤢 and I'm not even talking about the porn. Unacceptable and atrocious service. Secondly, I'm going to disagree with James about splitting hairs when it comes to law as all hairs will be split in a court of law and the correct interpretation of the law is everything, providing you are in a real court with a real Judge. So I believe this videographer had a case from the start and there was absolutely no need to go into the Porn stuff at all, although I understand he did video's on it before this happened, however harping on it after the police treating you unlawfully isn't wise. That kind of stuff was not necessary in this case and just muddies the waters and could work against you in this current atmosphere of Inclusion if you see my point.

    I will also say that if you're Auditing a police Station and you have them all on camera acting like Jackasses, that's probably all you need especially if they are threatening hands on in a public place you had the every right to be in, not that this threat would amount to actual assault, as James pointed out. They could have just gone back and got on with their business leaving you in the lobby with a stack of complaint forms.

    Lastly, You shouldn't publicly accuse anyone of anything if you don't have actual evidence. Saying you Think someone is doing porn and you believe it's gay porn could land you a defamation lawsuit as it has in this case. Don't be petty and petulant simply because immature cops are. Be Above them, show yourself to have better morals and behavior because everything you do will be presented to a Jury of your Peers sooner or later and could determine if you win favor with that Jury.

    Telling the truth cannot result in defamation. If this is defamation, then every time the police publicly accuse someone of a crime that must be defamation.
    It should be clear that neither the Chief or Lieutenant are suitable characters to be in law enforcement in any capacity.
    Is making or participating in porn in this state illegal?
    Is it legal for a law enforcement officer to not identify themselves when asked?
    Did the Chief have probable cause to approach the car and driver?
    The charges are corruption designed to intimidate, lock them up.
