  1. 5:05: Filthy cop: "My man, why are you doing this?"

Well why are you assaulting him?

Cops learn very early on their career that to get off with criminal behaviour and to protect themselves from being seen to be the aggressive antagonist in any given situation, just accuse the victim of exactly what they are doing.

Everything the cop accuses his victim here, is what he does first.

  2. I have committed no crime whatsoever… and you want to unlawfully demand to know if I have something sharp or dangerous on me TODAY……well not TODAY, as TODAY i have no need.. now TOMORROW…. is a different story as of this moment.
Its a FAFO thingy…… when its my turn, I will be more than happy to deliver at any cost.

  3. This was pretty much a stop and frisk that have been ruled illegal by many courts. The guy was never told he was being detained, the cops admitted to seeing him being assaulted, yet they went hands on for what reasons? I hope he follows through with complaints. For the assailant being an off-duty/under cover, I doubt it. I think he was just a drunk who didn't want to be on camera for whatever reason.

  4. . The officer doing the pat down states more than once, he SAW the other guy hit the cameraman. Yet nobody is even so much as cited for so much as disorderly conduct? It doesn't matter if the cameraman is cooperative or not. If the officer directly witnessed the crime being committed he has a duty to enforce the law, in this instance an States prosecute people in cases where the victim is uncooperative all of the time. Something definitely isn't right with that picture there.

  5. Alternate conspiracy: the auditor stumbled upon an undercover sting with a camera, scaring the suspect. Officer "OG" Undercover picked a fight with the auditor to protect his cover, feigning anger at his crime being filmed, actually angry about his ruined sting, and identifying the auditor to his uniformed buddies. As for the phones, they were probably viewing the live feed of a surveillance camera to determine the status of their sting instead of them all looking across the street, 20 deep in tactical gear.

  6. From what I could see a couple of things happened.
The guy with the camera was assaulted on the street in public.
The police then attack the victim of an assault, grope him (sexual assault).
The police actually admitted they saw the assault and didn't take any action against the offender.
Now, I'm no psychic, but I can see a lawsuit in their future.

  7. It's easy to be a cop.
    1. Steal from anyone.
    2. Earn the hate.
    3. Fear for your safety.
Now you are informed, of what it takes to be a new age redcoat, and knowing is half the battle.

  8. I think it was just wrong place at wrong time. Guy in red paranoid and officer just wanted to see what was going on. He didn’t know why that dummy attacked this man. Nothing more to i5

  9. I can see it. No one will call it out? I will call it out! James, you are correct! This guy is their street snitch and he did what they told him to do. This was a little street sting sketch to cause chaos and see what they could get, and get away with it.

  10. Why would a cop blame the person hit, when someone comes directly from across the street and hits a gentleman?
Was the cop acting? Is he crazy? I think he's dirty.

I'd like to hear what was on the radio at that time.

  11. I had a guy come up to my car just like that with his buddy saying why you taking my picture. I put Fifi in my lap, grabbed my pepper spray and called 911. The while time on 911 I kept saying get the f away from me. I can record anything I want in public. While I described the 2 guys they went back to their car and sped off before the cops got there. Always carry pepper spray as your first line of defense.

  12. When 1A audits become hindered or stop being effective, it’s time (sadly) for the 2A auditors to come out. Eventually that WILL cause the needed change, it’s just going to be so much more damaging and costly. As long as cops keep finding illegal ways to hinder or prevent the 1A community, they are 100% responsible for the cost of 2A community involvement!!

  13. This cop with the glasses on is a brain dead piece of trash. He is so stupid he so called investigates a person who defended himself from an attack which is his right. Thats how stupid this cop is with his thin blue line badge on his chest which just indicates he is a gang member. Wait till Trump becomes president again those thin blue line gang badges will be gone

  14. Bro why was this guy incriminating himself so hard? "He didn't do shit I got no marks on me and he got punched in the mouth" like bro, why you saying that?

  15. Boston and Providence cops are the most corrupt aho…s ever. The Judges are corrupt, the politicians are corrupt, the government workers taking your tolls are corrupt. No bs. If an auditor has huge brass balls, he or she will do great work and get many followers. Warning: I’m not kidding. They are completely corrupt and dangerous. Always have a back up camera with these tyrants.

  16. Blue line tyrant flag just completely in the open. Why aren't there senior management making them remove that inappropriate stuff off their… Oh yeah… Blue line tyrant flag on a blue gang tyrant, doh. Sorry.

  17. yeah, it was all off, he was all over trying to rub him up. Having a pocket knife is not against the law. I think they just get some kind of sexual kick out of it.

  18. Scenes like this always give me the impression law enforcement have been mandated to push the envelope with regard to interactions with average people. Possibly in an attempt to have citizens, who would otherwise be quite calm, to lash out at them in utter frustration. This would in turn, give them the authorization they require to use deadly force in situations that do not warrant it. It's all about, "Justification"… turning average people into criminals to eliminate them lawfully. Sounds like a Sci-Fi movie… Oh wait… it's a make-work project.

  19. Did they stop the guy that started the confrontation? Did they pat him down too? If there's 4 pigs on the camera man how many are on the assailant?

  20. I think you are on to something. Since most of the cops at the scene only care about the auditor, while one cop is with the attacker. Which makes this really staged to some how arrest the auditor on assault charges? But that's still a theory, unless so deep info is found but it might no longer exist since cops hide evidence.

  21. Why is the attacker not in the cop car ??? And why is this moronic cop being like this what is his assinine deal ???? So now constitutional rights are suspicious activity ??? This cop is WAY OVER THE LINE !!!!
Yes something's way off why was the guy who crossed the street not locked up….
