The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the male depicted in the following video compilation as part of an ongoing investigation into the shooting death of a 26-year-old Black male which occurred on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 12:17 a.m. inside of 6320 Vine Street.
A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
- Suspect Description: Black male in his mid 30’s to early 40’s, having a medium build, prescription eyeglasses, full beard and mustache. He was wearing a red hooded jacket (gray lining), gray Nike Balaclava headwear, gray “Dark Side†Pacsun brand hoody, black denim pants and black boots. Suspect left the area walking west on Vine Street.
